Retired Assistant Superintendent. In 1999, Dr.
Jolene Wallace retired from the post of assistant superintendent
of secondary education in the Dayton (Ohio) Public
Schools (DPS). She spent thirty-one years in DPS educating and
sharpening the minds of thousands of young people.
Graduate Professor. Dr. Wallace has taught graduate
education courses at Central State University and Wright State
University in Ohio.
Her research and professional focus include performance expectation,
teacher/student behavior and student self-perception. Dr. Jolene
Wallace is implementation coordinator and National Faculty for
the Comer School Development Program at Yale University.
Dr. Wallace is a University of Cincinnati Graduate Fellow and
the first to chair a Board-appointed University Standing
Committee.
Distinguished Award Recipient. Dr. Wallace holds
two distinguished awards for research in Student Perception of
Teachers Behavior that Lead to Success or Failure in Urban Secondary
Classroom.
Professional Affiliations. Dr. Wallace is affiliated
with Phi Delta Kappa, the Dayton School Management Association,
Alliance of Black Female Doctors and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority,
Incorporated.
Dr. Wallace lives in Dayton, Ohio.
Lilly Calderon

A native of Costa Rica, Lilly Calderon has a passion for cultural
issues and promoting the understanding and appreciation of people
around the world.
She is trained extensively in cross-cultural sensitivity, adjustment,
and communication, relevant to those who travel internationally,
visit or immigrate to the US, or live and work in an environment
where differing cultures meet.
5 Continents of Experience. Lilly has worked
and lived in: Latin America, Africa, South East Asia,
Europe and the United States. This first-hand experience
in five continents has provided her with great insights into bi-cultural
issues.
With over 15 years experience, Lilly has developed presentations,
workshops, and keynote addresses which are targeted toward leadership
and improving understanding of the cultural differences of Hispanics
and other ethnicities on the local, state and national level.

Tyrone Williams was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio.
He served seven
years in the military. After departing the Army, Tyrone attended
the International College of Broadcasting where he received his
Associate Degree in Audio Engineering and Video Production.
Tyrone’s area
of expertise is assisting clients with audio and visual communication
needs.

as a broadcast journalist, Allison Hunter-Williams
is motivated by her drive to investigate, organize, inform and entertain.
Allison’s career experience is wide and varied:
- Generate public-affairs programming
- Craft the philosophy, strategy and production style for the
first newscasts on network affiliates' stations
- Develop top-ranked broadcasts in the country’s largest
media market
- Produce feature films
