BCE Building Solid Relationships
Professionals who challenge themselves to maximize their potential are “unique” individuals and The International Administrative Assistant Professionals (IAAP) is the trail blazers for this type of thinking. That said, it is indeed an honor for BCE to have an opportunity to conduct a training workshop and a keynote presentation for these exceptional professionals!
BCE understands the philosophy of the IAAP. They never sit back and marvel over their latest successes; instead they are busy looking for new information and new ways of sharping their skills and their talent. And BCE is just the partner to give them what they want-a relevant and timely program that empowers them to new levels of greatness. And our program titled Embracing and Executing Excellence fits the bill!
Through BCE’s motivating and knowledge based presentation and training, the IAAP audience will be introduced to new information, concepts, tools and techniques that will allow each person to tap deeper into his or her potential. BCE audience will walk away with a sense of urgency to create positive change and sound results in every aspect of their lives and work. Embracing and Executing Excellence principles will infuse each individual day-to-day life and work with a sense of accomplishment, as they move through the tedious challenges they face each day. These professionals will leave this program with a new outlook on life, work and people. They will gain a more confident approach to matters and project a stronger sense of leadership.
Burnette speaks at a Northrop Grumman regional class management conference!
When BCE received a call from a representative of Northrop Grumman, a leading global security company, with an invitation for Burnette to speak at a regional class management conference, what do you think happened? BCE got very excited and stepped into a mode of preparation!
And the icing on the cake is Northrop Grumman is just one of fifty security companies, from across the country, who will be represented at this conference and will be present in Burnette audience when she speaks on the topic of Mastering Excellence in Service!
In our world today, we know that one of the top things Americans are most concerned about and has a need for is security in our country. That said, security leaders like Northrop Grumman understand those concerns and are working hard to make sure that those concerns and needs are met, by providing innovative systems, products and solutions in aerospace, electronics, information systems, and technical services to our government.
BCE also understands the importance of security and the need for exceptional quality in security products, therefore we are proud to be apart of and associated with these technology leaders. But, we are even more proud to have the opportunity to speak to this group of professionals about the power of excellence, because BCE believes that in the business of national security mediocre can not have space to occupy!
BCE is also proud to say that we becoming stronger consultants, trainers and speakers in the field of technology and national defense security via companies like Northrop Grumman and other national defense contractor leaders.
